Shipping costs to others countries outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will be € 15,-.

Orders to countries outside the Netherlands with a length of >1,50m will take more shipping costs. About this you will be informed.

Not at home?
If you are not at home, the postman will offer the package next day again. Otherwise the postman delivers the package at your neighbours. The postman leaves a note in your letter box with one of the following messages:
- Whether there is an indication at which neighbours you can pick up your package.
- Whether there is an indication that the package will be offered next day.

When you are not at home during the second delivery attempt, the postman will leave a note in your letter box with the adress of a postoffice where you can pick up your package.

Exchange Return Policy

- Please confirm the items are what you ordered after you receive them.
- Returns, exchanges and refunds are "hassle-free". If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within seven (7) working days.
- Please write down on the back of your invoice why you are not satisfied with your purchase and your bank account number and enlcose with your return.

- Do not return by Air or COD. Not adequately stamped packages will be not adopted.
- In case of return due to your own reason, GoedkoperVissen.nl does not reimburse your shipping costs.
- The item must be new if you return for your own reason.
- GoedkoperVissen.nl will issue a replacement or refund the purchase price on return.
- In case of replacing, you need to pay the shipping charge for the exchanged goods.
- If payment was made with PayPal, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account. If you paid by iDEAL or money order, we will issue a credit invoice.
